Canola Olive Oil (OIL10007), for frying • Coriander, garnish • Cooing with. Mild Fruit Chutney (PIC9531) to serve Onion Fritters METHOD 1. Preheat oil in a non-stick frying pan. 2. Place clusters of onion slices in the oil and pipe the Savoury Muffin Batter directly over onions. 3. When bubbles start to form on the top of the batter, flip and cook until both sides are brown and crispy. 4. Place the fritters onto paper towel to absorb the excess oil. 5. Garnish with coriander and serve with chutney for the perfect snack or starter. 4
