Wine Cocktails with Soft Smooth Sunrise INGREDIENTS • Perdeberg Soft Smooth Range White, Noble Late Harvest or a good quality sweet wine, 200ml Lemonade, 200ml Soda Water, ginger cubes and ice. STEPS • Slice the glazed ginger into small squares and place in the bottom of a large wine glass. • Pour about 50ml of Dryland Natural Sweet Chenin Blanc or noble late harvest over the glazed ginger in the wine glass. • Add about 3cm of ice to the mix so that the wine and kiwi slice is topped with the crushed ice. • Pour the Perdeberg SSR White into the glass until the glass is approximately half full. • Slowly layer the remaining space left in the glass with lemonade and soda water in equal quantities or according to taste so that it forms a transparent layer on top of the wine. • Additional: Slice a 2mm thick slice from the kiwi fruit and add it into the wine glass. Soft Smooth Sunset INGREDIENTS • Perdeberg Soft Smooth Range White, Noble Late Harvest or a good quality sweet wine, 200ml Lemonade, 200ml Soda Water, ginger cubes and ice. STEPS • Place approximately a teaspoon of goji berries into a large wine glass. • Add about 3cm of crushed ice to the mix so that the wine and goji berries are topped with the crushed ice. • Fill the glass to the halfway mark with the Perdeberg SSR Rosé. • Slowly layer the remaining space left in the glass with Fitch & Leedes Cheeky Cranberry mixer and soda water in equal quantities or according to taste so that it forms a transparent layer on top of the wine.
