Christmas Salad (as a Main) Ingredients 2 Red Velvet Prawns 100 gr Smoked Salmon ½ Avocado 1 Tbsp Creamed Cheese Strawberries, Blueberries, Pomegranate Cucumber, peeled lengthways and rolled 1 Lemon wedge Fresh rocket and pea shoots, washed Method 1. Fry Red Velvet Prawns from frozen at 170°c for 3 to 4 minutes, place onto paper towel 2. Roll slithers of Smoked Salmon into rosettes 3. Thinly slice avocado and fan outwards 4. Griddle lemon wedge on griddle pan 5. Peel cucumber lengthways to make one long ribbon, cut in half lengthways and roll cucumber strip to achieve a cone shape of cucumber 6. Plate according to pic or to achieve your desired look
